Within walking distance from the Glenn are the World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia World Congress Center, museums and the MARTA transportation line.

Since the Glenn Hotel is a historical building, a former office building built in 1923, the awning was built according to the code of the Historic Society. The owners have entered the design for some architectural awards.
